Sky Watch ~

Clear skies again in Southern California without a cloud anywhere to be seen. This was taken on Wednesday of this week at the Gardens of the World in Thousand Oaks, California. If you scroll down past this post you’ll see a photo tour of these lovely grounds.

For more Sky Watch photos head over to Wiggers World.

Photobucket is holding all my photos from 2007-2015 hostage and they have blacked them all out. I’m slowly working at restoring my posts without their help. Such a tiresome bother!

About Ellen am a wife, mother, baba (grandmother) and a loyal friend. Jesus is my King and my hope is in my future with Him.

  1. We had clear skies all week here in Maine, too. I kept waiting for something interesting to show up for a sky watch photo.

  2. great shot with flowers! I love it,,,,, In the sky, there is no distinction of East and West, so the people create distinctions out of their own minds…. mine’s up too hope you can drop by.

  3. Gorgeous, Ellen! After a few days in Williamsburg, VA, contemplating the origins of this place we call home, I love seeing this bit of fabric in this setting all the more!

  4. This is just GREAT! 🙂
    A beautiful scene.

There is an icicle on my photo on SWF. You get the best view by enlarging the picture.

    Happy weekend! 🙂

  5. Nice. I set up a great flag shot a few weeks ago and once I had the camera and tripod set up just right I stepped back for one last look before pressing the shutter — and the janitor released the lanyard and lowered the flag!

    Great catch.

  6. Tried commenting yesterday but it wouldn’t upload so have popped in again today to say hi and thanks for visiting!!!

Great colour contrast between the sky and the flag!!!
