To bloggers using blogger.com, for some unknown reason my comments will not publish. I’ve visited several of you and the same thing happens. Hopefully the issue will be fixed soon. I type my comment, hit publish and it stays in publish mode without doing anything. Bah Humbug.
Update! Looks like blogger fixed the glitch. I’ll be around to catch-up!
This fresh salsa made from mangoes and avocado will add a different layer of flavor for your enjoyment. It is full of fresh ingredients that taste delicious with tortilla chips.
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados peeled, pitted and chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 ripe mango peeled and chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion minced
- 1/2 jalapeno seeded and minced
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Gently mix all ingredients together and enjoy with tortilla chips. This served 6 people as an appetizer.

All working again for now! At least I was able to comment on your website. That salsa looks delicious. B x
…I don’t much care for avocado, but I love mangoes!🥭
I wasn’t able to.comment on your anniversary post, due to the blogger issue. Here is my comment:
Such an incredible story of how your parents traveled on the same plane for three days and their ordeal once arriving in the USA. So wonderful the church family in New York helped them out. ❤️ Have a blessed Labor Day weekend!
The Mango salsa sounds wonderful!!
It appears to be working today.
That salsa sounds yummy.
Yum!! I do not know how to tell is a mango is ripe. I need to google it!
Hello,
Looks and sounds delicious Ellen! Thanks for sharing.
Have a happy weekend.
I’m glad blogger is back to letting us comment.
I don’t like avocados or mangos. 🙂
Sounds like a delicious combination Ellen, thank you for the recipe.
That looks absolutely delicious, Ellen! I love mango, and although I don’t eat avocado all that often, the combination with the lime, red onion and a little jalapeno sounds really good. I can imagine this disappearing pretty quickly with a bowl of tortilla chips!
And I’m glad the Blogger commenting problem has finally been sorted. It must have been getting rather frustrating trying to leave comments and watching them disappear into the internet abyss! 😄 Thanks for sharing the recipe. 😋
