Oops, on my Wednesday Hodgepodge I said I’d be sharing the Skillet Chicken today but that was scheduled for next Saturday.

Sounds and looks delicious. Thanks for sharing.
Have a great weekend.
One of my favourites, just right for a cold day.
…even I should be able to make this!
I have never made carbonara. So interesting that the heat from the dish cooks the egg. I might have to give this a try!
I need to make this recipe! It looks so good! Thanks.
That looks so good.
Melt in your mouth goodness on a cold winter evening!
This looks delicious Ellen! I have been eating low carb the last 6 months as my blood results were showing I was becoming pre-diabetic so sadly I gave up pasta! I still make it for my husband, however, and I make spaghetti squash or zucchini zoodles for myself. It was hard at first but I’m getting use dto eating less carbs and desserts, etc.
