Searcher of hearts, from mine erase
All thoughts that should not be,
And in its deep recesses trace
My gratitude to Thee.
Hearer of prayer, O guide aright
Each word and deed of mine;

I’ve never heard this hymn. Such a wonderful prayer to the Giver of all, the One Who knows our hears and hears our prayers to work our the best through His Spirit in our inner being.
