Head on over to the Mennonite Girls Can Cook Blog to get the recipe for my Turkey Pepper Chili!
Happy Monday everyone. How was your weekend?
We had a calm weekend and got a lot accomplished. Lawns mowed or should I say fallen leaves vacuumed. We sold two of our old vehicles on Craig’s list. I finally went through all the stuff we hauled out of our bathroom before the renovation and threw out a bag full and filled the new cupboards and drawers with what we decided to keep. Have a great week!

Sounds like a lovely, productive weekend! Your chili looks delicious…I’m going to try it!
You’ve accomplished a lot over the weekend. Did you get out and enjoy the gorgeous weather at all? The chili looks scrumptious.
Your Chili looks amazing! Taking it easy today after a crazy week and exhilarating weekend – thankful for having Monday’s off.
This is a really good alternative to the traditional chili, and I’ll bet it tastes just as great. I’ll click on over there for the recipe. Meanwhile, I hope you’re resting up from your busy weekend! We spent yesterday out in the yard digging holes to plant shrubbery and pulling up annuals before the first big freeze turns them all mushy and gross. We’ve only got a few more weeks of decent weather here, so we’re taking advantage!
That looks very yummy, Ellen. Will check out the recipe – thanks for sharing it. So, what are your new wheels going to be?
Have a great week!
Thank you for sharing this delicious looking recipe, and for the link. Have a great day:)
