A quick Saturday post and snapshot of how our day started. We were able to meet up with Judy (My Front Porch) one of the Mennonite Girls along with her hubby at the start of their road-trip to California. We had breakfast together in Shoreline, Washington and by the time we headed out to our cars the snow had started to fall. Thankfully this is a wet snow event with no sticking. It’s always great to get together and extra fun when our husbands can join us, too. Have a good safe trip and enjoy your sunny destination!

Good to see Judy….I miss her! I’m doing laundry, playing with Little L (who is spending a few days with us), baking muffins and watching the Olympics. It’s a beautiful day here…warm and sunny!
It’s snowing and getting cold here. Spent the day with our kids and grandkids having a pancake supper.
Nice to have an Elmer and Judy sighting! Looks as if they’re getting out of Dodge while the gettting is good.
Oh what fun for you to meet up with Judy and Elmer today! I’m being lazy today which happens when the wood stove is fired up – way too relaxing! Love days like this.
