The House
We are very pleased with the new roof and the new gutters. The gutters have already gotten a good workout with several downpours over the last couple weeks. The other thing we are pleased with is a ridge vent instead of the old vents we had.
Now all we need to do is finish the siding, pour a driveway, gut the downstairs bathroom, replace all the floor coverings inside, replace the counter tops in the kitchen. Sheesh the fun just never stops!

There’s always more, right? It’s such a good feeling to have a new roof. Glad to know that it is working well. It looks great.

Wow, your sweet abode’s roof was in trouble. The honey do/redo list does seem never ending.
I hear you……..it never ends once you start – especially with our old farm house – EEK! At this stage, however, we sometimes say “this will be the last time we need to do that”. Guess that means we’re getting old?????errr!!! BTW the roof looks good and I had to smile at your post title.
A new roof gives one such a lovely, safe and sheltered feeling. By the sound of your list, the fun just isn’t going to stop at your house any time soon!
