We had a relaxed lunch on Palm Sunday with Josh and Laura. It was nice to catch up over some good food.
This is my pre-Easter table. On Easter I’ll have my Russian Easter Bread (Kulich/Paska) as my centerpiece.
I didn’t arrange my plate for a photo op so it’s hard to tell what we served. We had rack of lamb, roasted vegetables, and a loaded salad. Our dessert was simple with just sugared strawberries and angel food cake.
We’re looking forward to our Easter celebration coming up this Sunday. We’ll be having a small group for Easter this year. All is good because God is good.

I’ve got to get over to MGCC and see what will work for Easter dinner. I love that you place your Paska as the centerpiece. I have seen a photo of your beautiful mold for the spread. I’ve yet to try it, but I so want to. Beautiful table settings! The meal sounds delish.
Your tables are always lovely. I can imagine that any guest would feel whole-heartedly welcome.
We will be a small group on Easter Sunday, at our table – we two, our daughter and her fiance and my parents – but we will celebrate in style with egg cracking!
Always such a lovely table you set….and the food!!! WOW!
You set the bestest of tables!
Looks wonderful and can you come over and help me with my table scape? I would love to be a guest.
Gorgeous photos. I’m having an Easter brunch for my Bible Study and wish I could make it look as good as this. Blessings in Christ, Ruth
I love how you celebrate with good food and a beatiful table. I was looking for the paska and then realized it’s coming.
Those roasted vegetables look really, really tasty! I don’t have much success when I try to roast veggies in the oven. Possibly because it’s a stupid electric oven rather than a gas one. I don’t know. It’s frustrating! Yours look wonderful with really vibrant colors. Very pretty table setting…the dinner plates remind me of Laura Ashley products. They are very pretty! Have a wonderful Easter weekend!
Alycia, I have an electric oven. I put the veggies in a large jelly roll pan and then I coat them in Olive Oil mixing the veggies and oil salt and pepper with my hands. I roast them at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes and that’s when I add the asparagus for the last 10 minutes or so. It works great every time…
Beautiful table setting for a Palm Sunday dinner with family. Happy Easter!
The food looks mouthwatering and the table is so pretty. I think I am in love with the pink and green plates. It seems that I have gone completely bananas over that combination lately.
Dinner sounds wonderful! The plates are wonderful.. Love the large one and the smaller pieces on top. Happy Easter, many blessings, xo marlis
Beautiful setting. Those dinner plates are some of my favorites–I use them with so many smaller dishes! Linda
The table and food are wonderful, Ellen! Beautiful!!
It looks lovely, Ellen, glad you had some good family time! Have you recovered yet from the wedding? 🙂
Dinner looks great!
Thanks so much for linking to Let’s Dish, and a very blessed Easter to you! I hope my dh gets the Babkas done, he has been slowing down in the kitchen! 🙂
Very beautiful setting and so fresh with the green and white.. The crystal and napkin rings added just the right sparkle…. and thanks for visiting my site….. good to see you again.
Your table is beautiful and your dinner is amazing! Enjoy the holiday weekend to come, too! ♥
I’m thinking the sparkle of the crystal is really pretty during the day. Wishing you a wonderful weekend.
Beautiful…those green rose plates are just gorgeous…oh, and dinner is making my mouth water, Ellen!
Happy Easter.
Somehow I mussed this post last week. I love the way you use the old china by blending it with new designs. You have such a gift for setting a lovely table.
