This lady caught my attention on a back road through Lake Forest Park close to Seattle. So what do you think? Will she scare the crows away? A policeman staging a speed trap must have wondered what I was doing when I zipped off the road into a driveway to take this shot. Thankfully I was going real slow so I wouldn’t miss this art.
Please visit Mary at Work of the Poet to see more yard art.
OMG I love the lips. LOL. Too funny.
I think she might be loosely called yard art. She’s mildly scary, but probably not to crows 😉
I really like this one. Too cute.
Oh my – what a fashionable yard art! I wonder if the owner changes her dress to suit the seasons… 🙂
Oh what a fantastic idea! many of the villages in our area have days when people dress up characters and place them in the gardens – always fun to see.
Cowgirl or tea party attendee? Can’t decide where she’s going with that outfit. 🙂
A great find Ellen – I like her!
She is better dressed (even as a scare crow) than 95% of the people I see on the streets…
She is certainly the most fashionable scarecrow I’ve ever seen. Love the lavender theme…even her head is lavender! Nice lipstick too.
I just put a bunch of dresses in the thrift store bag. NOw I gotta drag one out and make a scarecrowoman!
Thanks for showing!
Kathy
That is too funny! What a geat eye catcher!
A pretty scarecrow, ellen! Is that possible? LOL! 🙂
Still searching for some truly awful art to send ya. 😉
A noticeable, tall scarecrow! And dressed up neck to knees too! Amazing find!
