Those tortillas will look good on 5 May, really any day, smothered in onions, peppers, and cheese. And freshly made instead of machine made…the quality of these is without equal!
I totally forgot about the holiday! Being in France we don’t celebrate it! I’ll have to rush to the grocery store so that I can make Mexican food today. Thanks for the reminder:)
