  1. Oh I love this…isn’t ascribe such a wonderful word…makes me stop and really consider what He’s saying. Ellen thank you for joining in the ABC’s…I am so grateful for all who join in each week. God really has blessed me through His plan with these scriptures. Praying you have a grand day with Him, hope yesterday went well!

  2. What speaks to me in your chosen verse is that “ascribe” is a verb and therefore it requires action on our part. This is something we must DO instead of being passive. Thank you for sharing!

Mercy, grace and peace to you, Lana

  3. This is such a beautiful graphic Ellen B.. As I’m reading the scripture I can hear the song playing in my memory. He is worthy of glory, honor, and praise!

Have a wonderful dinner with your Dear :).

  4. Blessings Ellen…What a unique word…ASCRIBE…how I love this verse with the more clear understanding of “ascribe” being to Attribute as belonging…belonging to the LORD…the characteristic of Glory I only ascribe to His Holiness & Him. Psalm 29 just became more significant for me! Thanks for choosing to share this one and the definitions! The voice of the Lord “thunders” over the water…awesome & inspiring! Glory!!!

  5. Hello Ellen, stopped by from Pam’s to check out your ABC verse. I’m just new in this round. What a beautiful Psalm you chose. Understanding the meaning of Ascribe makes it even move powerful. God is awesome and inspiring.

  6. I love the way you wrote the verse and illustrated it with that picture. I am need of all of them right now, and God is really drawing me to himself, as I check out different churches after going to one for over 20 years, and needing to pull myself away from the conflicts going on there.

    In Christ,
    Sue

I read all comments and appreciate them.
