Susan at A Southern Day Dreamer is starting a new photography meme on Wednesdays called Outdoor Wednesday. All you have to do is post something you took a picture of out of doors. My first photos are both taken at night over the last couple weeks just outside my condo.
This first one was taken on a foggy evening. Kind of eerie…
Then this last Saturday night the moon was full and seemed so close…

Photobucket is holding all my photos from 2007 to 2015 hostage and has replaced them all with ugly black and grey boxes asking for a ransom to have them re-published. Such a frustrating bother as I go through each post to delete the ugly boxes.
Beautiful photos! The moon does look close! The figgy picture, while eerie is amazing! Happy Outdoor Wednesday!
meant foggy not figgy…lol
(It’s late on the east coast)
Love the photos, Ellen, but I particularly like the “eery” one. So neat!
XO,
Sheila 🙂
I like them both too. That full moon was awesome popping up over the hill like that!
love that fog!

Ooohhh! Beautiful picture with a eerie quality!
Great photos, Ellen!
That first one looks like a storm brewing. Very ominous!
Wonderful photos and I especially love that huge moon shot~
Great night shots Ellen – they are tricky to take. I love the huge full moon.
always love a moon shot~
great pics…i believe we may have caught the same moon…i just love moon pics…
a couple of weeks ago we got to go out and see the space station flying over…it was neat…and it moved so quickly
It is so cool how the sky can look so different, depending on the night. The eerie shot is really interesting.
Great photos, I’m also a fan of the ‘eerie’ one.
Have a wonderful evening,
Tam
I love that first picture. There is something so mysterious about the fog.

What great pictures. I like night time pictures. I have some that I have taken at night that are good, but mostly they don’t turn out too well.

Both pictueres are great! I always have trouble getting my night pictures to focus. Yours are so clear, good job.
