These were taken this week in California. The Dawn shot is from outside my front door and the Sunset one in from my neighborhood on a late afternoon walk.

Photobucket is holding all my photos from 2007 to 2015 hostage and has replaced them all with ugly black and grey boxes asking for a ransom to have them re-published. Such a frustrating bother as I go through each post to delete the ugly boxes.

The first half of my life I lived twenty minutes south of you, the second half 40 min. north of you. Now in Montana. So you took me home.
What a terrific comparison! Side by side, a day in review. Absolutely gorgeous. The sunrise must have been something in person with the texture of the clouds catching the sun.
Gorgeous colors in both, but I really like the warm orange in the sunrise. Lovely captures. 🙂

I noticed the beautiful sunsets and rises when we were in the Santa Barbara area. Being near the ocean must be the trick! Your shots are beautiful.
