Photobucket is holding all my photos that I posted on my blog from 2007-2015 hostage and replaced them with big black and grey boxes with threats. So discouraging…as I’m slowly trying to clean up thousands of posts!

I still think that shade of green mixed with the purple is a most beautiful color combination! I would have loved to taste a piece of that cake!

Beautiful! I love purple. My SIL used real flowers on the cake at one of my showers. She sugared them and we all ate one. What are those called? I can’t remember.
Leslie, If you’re asking about the flowers your SIL used the only thing I can think to call them is edible flowers. The flowers on the cake I made in this post are real violets.

I always said that my favorite color combination is dark (royal) purple with emerald green! I just love it!
