Appetizer
On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being highest, how much do you look forward to your birthday?
Probably a Seven. I get a lot of joy in buying gifts so I actually prefer other people’s birthdays.
Soup
What is one word you don’t like the sound, spelling, or meaning of?
Streptococcus – any of several spherical bacteria of the genus streptococcus, occurring in pairs or chains, species of which cause such diseases as tonsillitis, pneumonia, and scarlet fever.
Salad
Do you wear sunglasses when you’re outside? If so, what does your current pair look like?
Yes all the time since I live in Southern California. Because I wear prescription eye glasses my sunglasses are not very cool. They clip onto my regular glasses with a magnet.
Main Course
If you were to write a book, to whom would you dedicate it?
I would dedicate it to the family members who really love to read, my daughter Katie and my husband.
Dessert
Name a beverage that you enjoy.
I enjoy a classic G & T, with a high end G!
To see more Friday Feasts go here.
Ewww…your soup just gives me the willies!!
I’ve never tried a gin and tonic. Sounds very cosmopolitan 🙂 Great feast this week!
My sunglasses lay mostly unused in the drawer ! It’s always raining here, lol !
Great feast!
Wow, I can’t even spell that word for your soup! LOL.
Happy Friday!
I agree with your main course. I would dedicate a book to my family.
Wonder why you chose the word “streptococcus” for your soup.
Hi from northern California!
nice feast…. you got hot soup there.lol
happy FF!
I’ve tried Gin and Tonic before and taste really good:)
Great Feasts here!!!
i prefer other people’s birthdays, too! 🙂

I love G&T. I famously ordered one hours before delivering my son!
I use to wear the clip-on sunglasses too; but my hubby finally talked me into spending the money on prescription sunglasses and they are great! He’s had them all along, but since my prescription is so much more expensive than his, I never wanted to pay the money for 2 pair of glasses.
Great feast — I love this theme, have it rolling around in my blog theme system too.
You had to say that word in your soup huh?? Now I’ll come down with it next week watch?? LOL
Happy Feasting.
**grin**
So, what’s your high end gin?
Absolut? Bombay?
I like Absolut when I’m having a gin and tonic. But that’s a summer drink around here. Tom just told me that it’s going to be 87 here tomorrow, so maybe we’ll pick up a fresh lime and take the gin out of retirement when we finish with our yardwork. : D
Kim **grin** back atcha! Tangueray… 87!! yikes.
I’m sitting here, giggling at the word you chose. Ya, I guess now that I read it,—it IS vile sounding.
My feast is served, won’t you come dine with me?
great answers ..I am in awe of you ! especially Strep soup …
OOpps! I meant Tanqueray. Absolut is our vodka of choice.
Kim, you had me going… 🙂
I PROMISE I haven’t been into the Tanqueray OR the Absolut!
hehehe
Your soup is very nasty- when I was a kid, I had it more times than I can count!
Great feast 🙂
Great feast! Enjoy your weekend!
Love the photo. It’s making me hungry.
I’m the same as you on the app.
Great feast! Mine is up. Hope you can visit me. Have a great weekend ahead!
K that looked sooooo yummy what is all of that. I want recipes. You look like you make yummer food. ANd I love all that fun stuff you have on your menu. Great times.
Hi! Thanks for stopping by!
I would rather say streptococcus than have it, but that’s a great choice!
This is a late comment …..
But I really did LOL reading your soup (I had to kinda ‘splain all this stuff to my “a blog what” husband!!!!
And I have NO idea what you were talking about for your dessert beverage. ???
still laughing ;0
