Thursday February 22nd
On Thursdays my posts will include verses that stood out in my readings from the Bible during week. One, two, three or maybe more. If you have a verse/verses that you read during the week and would like to share, leave it/them in the comments and I will add it/them to the post. Let’s dig deep in God’s Truth again this year!
The verses that you share are appreciated and so encouraging, I’m thankful for them and for each of you!
2 Chronicles 16:9:
For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to give strong support to those whose heart is blameless toward him.

The eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good.
1 Kings 8:61
Let your heart therefore be wholly true to the LORD our God, walking in his statutes and keeping his commandments, as at this day.

From Vera:
”Blessed be the Lord! For he has heard the voice of my pleas for mercy. The Lord is my strength and my shield; in him my heart trusts, and I am helped; my heart exults, and with my song I give thanks to him. The Lord is the strength of his people; he is the saving refuge of his anointed.“
Psalm 28:6-8 ESV
From Diana:
Colossians 3:23
“Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men.”
From Maristella:
Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul. Psalm 143:8.
From Nikkipolani:

But righteousness delivers from death.
