Katie and I went to a local Marine Recruiting office today and delivered some cupcakes for the 236th birthday of the USMC! The Sergeant was all smiles and very appreciative of our visit.

The cupcakes can juuuuuust be seen on the desk at the bottom right of the picture…the baker at Safeway airbrushed them red, white, and blue for us. 🙂

Great idea! I told my Marine (like my son, but not) how much I appreiciated him today, but no cupcakes…too far away for that.
I think my favorite part is that the Sergeant and I are the same height. 😛
