Oh where oh where is our summer?
I hope it’s arrival comes soon.
The flowers are bright.
But the weather’s not right.
Hope the sun will arrive by noon!
So how’s summer starting where you are? We are cloudy and a bit drippy with some wind. Instead of barbecuing yesterday for Father’s day we celebrated inside with breakfast for lunch since we had steady rain for much of the day. The kids honored Dear and we had a nice relaxing time together. What are your plans for summer? We don’t have any trips planned this year. We do have visitors coming in July and August and we’ll plan some summer activities with them. Thanks for stopping by for a visit. Hope your week is a good one!

Hmmmm well it was my birthday bash on Saturday – weather leading up to it was great, and indeed today is good Saturday however the weather was poor, very pooor! Typical! Summer plans? Out in the garden me thinks!
It sure doesn’t feel like summer today .. .but there is always tomorrow. I hope it arrives soon, I am so ready for it.

I talked to my dad yesterday so I knew that you’ve had rain. Hmmmm. Our weather is Colorado gorgeous, but I love the Northwest and I can’t wait to spend some time on Guemes Island this summer.
Summer here in the Piedmont Triad of NC is HOT, HOT, HOT and very humid.
Now I will stop whining…..God provides the weather, whether we like it or not.
I will rejoice and by glad with every day He gives.
