This past Saturday my brother and SIL came over for the day and dinner. I had recently purchased this bright busy tablecloth and wanted to set a table around it. Since it was the last weekend of summer I thought the yellow and green accents would be fun.
Dear barbecued steaks, zucchini, and corn on the cob. We had lemon bites for dessert from good ole Costco.
Here’s a closeup view of some of the seed packets on the tablecloth.
Hope your first week of Autumn is going well…
Photobucket is holding all my photos that I stored on their site from 2007-2015 hostage replacing them with ugly grey and black boxes and asking for a large ransom to retrieve them. It is a slow process to go through all my posts deleting the ugly boxes.
I love it! What a great tablecloth..so cheerful!
And your centerpiece fits right in…
Hope you are well…it has been very busy here!
very cute, as a garden girl at heart, of course i love this!
Wow those ears of corn are huge. The table is really colorful and I want one of those lemon bites, no two.

That is such a bright and cheery table. And you actually have food. I usually just set my table up, take the pictures, and then put everything away!
I wouldn’t mind one of those lemon bites right now…..
You all look very happy, must have been a really nice evening.
Hope you’ll stop by sometime!

Autumn? What Autumn? We were 104 degrees today. I thought Autumn was supposed to be cool. We did have lovely fog this morning that gave me hope for cooler days.
Ellen B., I see you’ve been finding new and creative ways to use your cake pedestals and clochy items…VERY CUTE!!!!!!

I loved how you worked your table accessories around the tablecloth. I’m a fan of bright colors when they are well used and that certainly was the case here. Your table is wonderful. I hope you are having a good day.

Beautiful. And the dinner sounds wonderful 🙂
WOW! Maybe if I didn’t do so much walking…I would have more time to concentrate on some new table ideas..and become more creative. It’s always fun. Love watching your creative juices.
