Just watched kids in the neighborhood heading out bright and early for school.
Cooler mornings ushering in Fall.
Windows closed and warmer robes and slippers being worn in the mornings.
Daylight is getting shorter.
Soup and crock pot meals sound real good.

None of that cooler weather has arrived here yet, but the weekend is looking good. Is the air quality improving there?
It’s soup and fresh bread over here tonight. There’s fresh snow on Mt. Cheam peak this morning!
An owl for going back to school? I wish we were having some of that soup and robes weather. It’s still hot and humid here – summer’s last gasp, I guess!
I like your neon sign, I’m not ready for some of your other signs.
I’m loving the colored leaves that are floating to the ground and the cool nights. We put the silk duvet back on our bed after months with just a couple of sheets as our blanket.

Neat neon sign. – Yep we’ve had cooler mornings and evenings already. Still not ready for sweaters though & I live in flip-flops (inside) year round.
I have a sneaking suspicion that the cool mornings and warm slipper weather is headed our way too. Love your catching the light sign – brilliant!
